The shop is open seven days a week: Sunday 10am to 6pm, Monday to Wednesday 9am to 6pm, and Thursday to Saturday 8am to 7pm.
No appointment is needed for either wash package — drive in and a wash takes roughly 20 to 30 minutes depending on how busy the bay is. Detailing is best booked ahead: arrive at least one hour before closing for an Express Mini Detail, or five hours before closing for a Full Detail. Parking is on site and the shop is a short drive from East York, Leslieville, Riverdale, Woodbine Heights and the Upper Beaches.
